We make the Website available to you for the purpose of browsing, learning about, and requesting the purchase of scent marketing products and services offered by BrandScent (“Products”).
While we take reasonable steps to ensure the ongoing availability and functionality of the Website, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Website at any time without notice.
You may only use the Website if you:
Are at least 18 years old; or
Are under 18 and have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian; and
Are legally capable of entering into binding contracts;
Are not barred from accessing our services under applicable laws.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed only upon inspection of returned goods and confirmation they are in resaleable condition.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or not as described.

Our Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement if the Product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

On termination, all provisions which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
If a dispute arises, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through negotiation and, if unsuccessful, through mediation in Victoria, Australia. Legal proceedings may not commence until these steps have been exhausted, unless urgent injunctive relief is required.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, that provision will be severed and the remainder will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
